    No screws!!

    The parts arrived on time and telephone staff were very helpful BUT no screws supplies and it was impossible to find in all local hardware stores ,eventually plumber has to make screws by cutting down standard screws which barely do the job.
    also for bits of moulded plastic £16 is outrageously expensive
