I was after a part which secures the fixed glass screen on my shower enclosure, the original having cracked and broken. The supplier of the screen had changed hands and the new owners were to say the least unhelpful and unsympathetic to my problem. I sent a picture and dimensions to Shower Parts who suggested this part as suitable for my needs. It came in the post very quickly and is a better fit and more robust than the original. In similar circumstances I would contact them again.
