Delivery Information

UK and Worldwide Postage is dispatched in discrete plain packaging. Price is indicated at checkout for UK Mainland and for any other area outside the UK.

Delivery schedule

Shower Part Ltd dispatches all orders same day (cut-off time is 2pm) of receiving payment on working days (Monday to Friday). Bank Holiday orders will be dispatched on the next working day. UK orders are sent by Royal Mail 1st class service and take 1-3 working days to arrive but on rare and busy occasions can take longer. Special deliveries are dispatched on the same working day if ordered before 2pm and then delivered on the next working day (not Saturdays or Sundays).

International orders are sent by Royal Mail Airmail and take between 4-10 days for delivery in Europe, but please allow up to 3 weeks maximum for busy periods. Outside Europe please contact us for a timescale. Please feel free to contact us with regard to your delivery at info@showerpart.co.uk.

Returns and Refunds

According to The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, UK consumers now have the right to cancel their order within a 'cooling off period' which lasts 30 days from the day after taking delivery. Cancellation must be in the form of email to info@showerpart.co.uk. Goods must reach us within 7 days from the date order was cancelled. If you cancel your order under these provisions then you will be responsible for returning the goods to us in good condition.

You must make sure the goods remain undamaged, unused and in their original sealed packaging. The delivery of the goods to you is a separate contract for services and is not covered by the 'cooling off' period. Therefore, any refund made will not include the costs of delivery of the goods to you.
