We continuously strive to improve our business in any way we can and we are very excited about our future plans for the New Year. Customer service is the back bone of what we do and we would like to say a big thank you to all our of loyal customers. To prove this we are securing ways of making your customer journey as easy and enjoyable as possible.
As we close 2016 with a brand new tutorial video "how to fit your shower rollers in under 60 seconds", (watch it now here) we are pleased to announce this is just the first of many videos we have planned. The previous months have also seen the new addition of a valuable FAQ page to answer all those burning questions you may have. We have also introduced some e-newsletter campaigns and marketing leaflets to compliment all the orders we receive so that we ensure to keep you 'in the know' with our latest news, events and offers!
Engagement is so important to us - we love the feeling of helping our customers, especially with our free part matching service. We encourage you to join us in the conversation on social media. Did we mention free delivery? Oh yes, we're more than happy to have this as a default for all our UK shipments - after all who wants to worry about adding on silly postage fees?
