I sent an email with pictures of my defective rollers, as well as measurements, and got a rapid response with rollers matching mine. Good Fit
Trying to repair a shower door when we moved in, it looked like the previous owner hadn't used the correct part or model. But by using the guides here, I narrowed it down to what I thought would be correct and indeed it fitted perfectly and now the doors run smooth again!

When one of our shower screen wheels broke, I spent a lot of time searching for a replacement. Repair Service
If we are unable to find a match for your rollers, it may be possible for us to repair your item. Firstly, you will be required to submit a few photos of the problem via email, preferably front, side and rear views. We may then ask for a few measurements. Secondly, if we are able to repair your roller, we will let you know via email and also inform you of the cost involved which will include VAT and postage. Thirdly, we will supply you with the delivery address and a form for you to fill in and return with your roller. We will then contact you when the repair is done (usually 1 to 2 days after receiving it).
Please note……A stamped address envelope will also need to be included in the package in case we find that after a physical inspection we are unable to do the repair so that we can post your item back to you. If you have any questions regarding this, then please get in touch.
