Donating to Charity

We are always looking to do our bit to help support our local community and charity. With Shopify's new addition of an option of 'tipping' at the checkout, we as a team have decided this would be best used as an option for customers to donate any tips to our chosen charity. The option will default to none so that customers can make a conscious decision if they wish to donate. Their are options of 5, 10, and 15%, as well as a custom amount. After a 3 month period we will review the total amount and donate to charity. We may possible extend the same charity for another 3 month period before choosing another worthy cause.

The first charity we have decided to donate to is Treverbyn Community Hall. This Charity is less then a mile from our business premises. The Hall helps support the local community and surrounding areas in a number of ways, including mental and physical activities, food support, advice, signposting, events, projects and much more.
