Just send a photo of the broken part and they will tell you the part number by return. I purchased a full set of four units which were well packed. The order arrives very quickly, and easy to fit.
Working from inside the shower, just hook the top two sets of rollers onto the top rail, then shut the door leaving a 4 inch gap. Press down on the two spring loaded units at the bottom, pushing the door forward onto the bottom track. It's best to replace all four roller sets at the same time.
Perfect match to the old ones that came with the shower.
