Correct part arrived on time.

Was having a little difficulty finding these and after looking at the excellent information regarding the part in question on the website, to make sure, I used the 'part-matching' service with 3 photos. Showerparts confirmed the part I had suspected and the 30-day return, should the item not turn out to be correct. Ordered these and arrived by the end of the next working day; very fast dispatch. Unfortunately, one of the 4 rollers was damaged when we came to fit it, so contacted Customer Services, (who had already been excellent - Rod, mainly), with a reply to every approach within 20 minutes each time (!), and they dispatched the replacement free of charge the same day, and I received it by the end of the following working day once again. Superb Customer Service. Would heartily recommend this family-run business, and have made them known to our Independent Plumbing and Heating engineers business. 5 ⭐.

We initially thought we would have to take the shower frame apart but the plumber clipped these in and wish we had videod the simplicity - about 15 minutes. We greased the runners with some Vaseline and hope we get a few more years of sliding shower doors!!
