    Screw too short for kudos shower

    Screws supplied are too short for my kudos shower and different thread to my original screws.
    This meant t i had to re thread the wheels to make my original screws fit
    Once fitted they worked well but be aware you may need to buy longer stainless steel replacement screws.

    Had to find rollers for my shower door which had fallen apart. Could not find in any plumbing merchants locally.
    Left message with Showerpart who were back to me in a flash. We then had 2 conversations about size (20mm v 19mm), nothing was too much trouble. Assistant bent over backwards to get product out to me same day although later than agreed time. I received the product next morning and it fitted perfectly. All for less than £10!!
    I could understand such attention to detail for a sale of £hundreds but for £8.99, brilliant!
    Stand out performance, highly recommended and thank you.
