Brilliant service from Shower Part

Had to source 3 parts for a shower door. Wasn't too sure exactly what was needed as there was so much choice online. SHOWERPART.CO.UK matched the correct parts from a photo I sent them. They arrived next day. Never had such good and quick service. Top marks.

Delighted with the whole experience

Delighted with the whole experience from Shower parts. I thought I would need to buy a new shower door when mine recently broke. The detail of the photos on the web site meant I could work out exactly which parts I needed. They arrived the next day! My shower door is like new and it saved me about £300! And much better for the environment than replacing the whole door.

Fantastic service

The pivot for my shower door broke on Tuesday, found the necessary part online.and ordered it. Delivery date given as Friday. The part arrived Wednesday, fits perfectly. We'll pleased with the service given.

Helpful customer service

Helpful customer service. Shower door knobs were speedily sent. Nice quality and matched other ones in the house. Initially we had a problem fitting them, but a helpful email from showerpart.co.uk quickly resolved the issue, more related to our lack of know-how than with any defect with the product. Most of all a pleasure to deal with a small, family run, UK based firm, who really do care about service and customer satisfaction.
