On submitting an amount of photographs of my shower door , with no guide wheel holding the top of door I immediately received back a reply from Jo confirming that she had used her expertise to find the part required.

I received confirmation that the part had been picked and despatched to my home address. I ordered the part on a Sunday and had received the part to my home address on Tuesday.

The service that I received was totally outstanding and would recommend to others to use this company.
