15 Years of Shower Part - Products and Services

After starting off with a batch of shower rollers and wheels and testing their success we decided to improve the range to a wide spectrum of products. We have tried and tested numerous new products to gauge their popularity. Some have been very popular, and we have continued to source these items so that they are readily available for our customers. Examples of these are rollers for Roman showers, Aqualux showers and many more. We have also incorporated new product ranges, including other parts such as hooks, clips, accessories like shower heads and dispensers, handles and knobs. Currently our best-selling products are the L-1, JI1, J058 top, L017, LW045, L3, F23 top and bottom rollers. We are looking to expand even further shortly to other bathroom and shower range products.

What we are most proud of is our excellent customer service. We pride ourselves with the amount of good feedback we receive from our customers. We strive to give the best service possible by offering a free part matching service. We found that it was quite daunting and frustrating for our customers to be able to find the correct parts that they require. We therefore introduced our free part matching service where they were able to email us a few photos of their existing rollers along with some measurements and from here and with the expertise of our staff were able to check through our stock and reply via email with recommendations for the best match to their roller. This service is very popular and often generates 30 to 40 enquiries per day. Over 95% of which we can help and direct the customers to the correct part. To help customers further we offer several online tutorials and guides including how to measure parts, remove parts and a FAQ page. We have even further planned to create a ‘fault finder’ page which will cover most faults that the public may encounter with their shower and how they can fix them. We also offer trade accounts and trade catalogues to businesses. We offer same day dispatch on all order placed before 2pm on weekdays, with free 1^st class delivery on all UK orders. Our warehouse is open to the general public so that if you live locally you can pop by with your roller for ease of ordering.
