We are proud to announce that last month we were one of the winners of the Southern Enterprise Awards. We won in the category 'Best Bathroom Parts Retailer 2023 – South West'.

Previously we've celebrated having made the top 50 of the UK's fastest growing e-commerce brands in conjunction with Trustpilot in the Brightpearl Lightening 50 Awards.

Our Ebay feedback score has always been above 99% and the recognition we receive is greatly appreciated as the team work especially hard to ensure they give the best customer service and high quality products to our customers.

Over the years we've had to move with the times, starting with a mere excel sheet, the business invested in a CRM system, which has recently changed and upgraded again to make sure we can be as efficient as possible. We're always on the lookout for the best suppliers and prices so that we can pass this on to our customers and constantly improve everything we do.
