Hello 2019!

Happy New Year to you all!

We would first like to take a moment to reflect on 2018 as it was another great year for us. We exhibited for the first time in not one but two exhibitions; once in Cornwall at Expo West in March and later on in October at Be My Guest in Torquay. The feedback from both were great especially the latter as it was more targeted at accommodation providers who are part of our target market.

Last year also saw us take on another two permanent members of staff. Their role in the company is to look after our e-commerce, customer service and administration aspects of the business.

One main objective was focusing on adding and tidying up the majority of our eBay and Amazon listings to match the standard of our website ones, with the last few listings being completed in January 2019.

Here's a sneaky peek at just a few of our exciting plans for 2019 …

We plan to launch our new wholesale brochure very soon. It is designed purposely for plumbers, accommodation providers and anyone in the trade so they can easily have it to hand and flick through the guide to recognise the correct rollers or parts to order from us quickly.

Around the Spring/Summer time we will be moving into a brand new purpose built unit where we hope to be able to offer click and collect for our local customers.

Our range of products will become even bigger with more variety as we expand and as always we will be looking to find new products in both our existing range and other shower part accessories.
