Upcycling!

Spring has finally arrived!

And at this time of the year most of us are feeling energised and excited about brightening up our homes.

It doesn’t have to be expensive or an enormous renovation to give your home a new look. A simple trick is to make small changes such as updating your furniture by switching out your old handles for contemporary ones. These inexpensive updates can really add to the look of a room and only take minutes to complete!

Why not have a look at the range of handles on our website for inspiration? We stock a variety of handles and knobs in both contemporary and traditional styles and finishes. Why limit them to shower doors when they could also be a beautiful finishing touch to furniture? It’s amazing how fresh and new a chest of drawers can look with a lick of paint and new handles! Are your kitchen cabinets looking a little tired? Well, why not give them a new look for Spring by changing the handles to ones from our modern chrome finish range?

Upcycling anyone? For those of us that love a DIY project, we are always on the hunt for treasures to restore and rejuvenate. Sometimes all that is needed to breathe new life into a piece is something as simple as a new handle.

And for everybody that loves a bargain, we are currently offering some fantastic discounts on our gold handles, which may especially interest all of you serious “upcyclers” out there as we are also offering bulk discount deals!

Gold not your thing? Then why not give upcycling of the handle itself a go?! With such a huge choice of colours in art and craft spray paint available you can simply respray the handle to suit your project and really make it unique.

Another great option to consider is chalk paint as it is so versatile and can work incredibly well if you are already using it to restore a piece of furniture as you will have a perfectly matched end result!

We hope these tips are helpful and do let us know how you get on with your projects.
